WORKOUT 1: Leg Gauntlet
Warm up with 60 seconds of jumping jacks.
Do five rounds, 30 seconds rest in between.
Jumping lunges: 60 seconds
Plank: 30 seconds
Air squats: 60 seconds
Wall sit: 30 seconds
WORKOUT 2: Core Cure
Warm up with 60 seconds of star jumps.
Do three rounds, 60 seconds rest in between.
V-Ups: 15 reps
Sit-ups: 20 reps
Superman: 20 reps
Side plank: 60 seconds per side
WORKOUT 3: Heavy Breather
Warm up with 60 seconds of skipping or jogging on the spot.
