We’ve got to admit; those sneaky resolutions get us every year. We write down those nice-sounding (but mostly unrealistic) goals in our crisp new diaries and planners, and we follow them for approximately two weeks before heading back to those old habits. It’s a short-term fix that never really seems to stick.
